100ml dоublе сrеаm, 40g dаrk-brоwn ѕugаr, 40g buttеr
rаmеkіnѕ, сооkіng раn, bаkіng trау

I started with the caramel sauce.  With a ratio of 20g sugar/20g butter/50ml cream per apple, mix your ingredients on a low estrus until a rich caramel sauce is made:

I too made some fiddling apple pockets with the leftovers.  Cutting a big circular amongst a cookie cutter inwards the pastry, I added a small-scale teaspoon of the apple mixture to i half, folded the pastry over together with so sealed in home alongside a fork, earlier cutting alongside a scallop cutter to wait pretty rather than like a gluey.

And to some other, I cutting 2 circles, sandwiched the filling together with crimped the edges to enclose:

To the others, I went for classic pop tart shapes – much easier, less fiddly and less bite size!
