So, there we get.  An experiment that worked out OK, if a niggling glutinous.  If i had to practice it all again, I would go out the marshmallow to assail its ain, without a topping too then add the candy cane [or any other topping – chocolate, nuts etc] until later it had laid completely.  However; I am tempted to seek a layer of marshmallow, candy cane so another layer of marshmallow – but I’ll leave that experiment for some other time too allow you lot know how it goes and then!  Tomorrow, I have got these:
